Scott was excellent from start to finish. He was super friendly and professional, and never made you feel silly for asking questions. He always validated each question and took the time to explain things clearly, making sure everything made sense.
I will admit I was slightly sceptical at first because he had so many 5 star reviews, but after using him I can honestly say they are completely deserved.
Communication was great throughout. He kept me updated, was always polite and easy to deal with, and turned up when he said he would. After dealing with a few cowboys previously, it was genuinely refreshing to have someone so professional and reliable.
The work was done quickly and to a high standard, and he left everything tidy afterwards. Really fairly priced as well. A genuine gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. I would happily recommend Scott to anyone looking for an electrician.
